Payment Policy
Accommodation bookings:
1. Credit card details required to secure your booking.
We will confirm your booking.

2. Payment is required prior to your arrival.

3. We will need to contact you to give you entry details.

So that we can give you entry details prior to your arrival. This is to ensure that if you have traffic or travel delays you can arrive at your convenience.

EXTRAS:
If you require extras then please select when booking.
Internet, extra bed etc.

 

Cancellation Policy
A confirmed booking if cancelled may incur a 25% cancellation charge of one night's stay. The following are the guidelines as to how the cancellation policies will be incurred.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Less than 48 hours notice, or a no show, will incur a 100% charge for every room night cancelled.
Management reserves the right to debit the guest the night's accommodation left vacant by their early departure.
It is management's sole discretion to change, waive, or drop, any charges occurring from the above cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policy/High Peak Season/High Demand
Deposits for the first night's stay are normally non-refundable
A confirmed booking if cancelled may incur a 20% cancellation charge of total night's stay.
Less than 30 days notice, or a no show, will incur a 100% charge for every room night cancelled.
When a unit has been confirmed and a guest shortens their stay, management reserves the right to cancel the entire booking.
Management reserves the right to debit the guest the night's accommodation left vacant by their early departure.
These policies are particularly relevant and will be enforced during the peak seasons December, January, February, school holidays, public holidays, long weekends and special events.
It is at management's sole discretion to change, waive, or drop, any charges occurring from the above cancellation policy.
